Becoming Her: A 7-Week Women’s Bible Study

Becoming Her is a 7-week women’s Bible study presented by Blessed to Be a Blessing and hosted by Maria Elena. This study invites women to slow down, open their Bibles, and discover what it means to live as a woman of God—not according to the standards of the world, but according to His Word.
Together, we will explore the qualities of the Proverbs 31 woman and look beyond the familiar passage to understand her heart, character, wisdom, strength, faith, and purpose.
This is not a study about becoming perfect.
It is about becoming transformed.
It is about allowing God to shape our hearts, renew our minds, strengthen our faith, and teach us how to walk confidently in the woman He created us to be.
What You Can Expect
Over the course of seven weeks, we will study God's Word and explore what it looks like to:
- Grow deeper in our relationship with God
- Develop godly character and wisdom
- Understand our identity in Christ
- Walk in confidence without comparison
- Become women of strength, faith, and integrity

- Discover and embrace our God-given purpose
- Live out our faith in practical, everyday ways
Our foundation is Proverbs 31:10 (KJV):
“Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.”
The Proverbs 31 woman is not presented to us as an impossible standard to achieve. Instead, her life gives us a beautiful picture of what can happen when a woman allows God to develop her character and direct her steps.
This Study Is For You
Whether you are beginning your relationship with God, returning to Him after a difficult season, or have been walking with Him for years, Becoming Her is an invitation to grow.
You don't have to arrive with all the answers.
You don't have to have everything figured out.
You simply need a willing heart and a desire to know God more deeply.

This workbook is more than just a Bible study—it is a two-year work from the heart, prayer, and obedience.
For two years, the Lord has been faithfully placing these words, lessons, Scriptures, and reflections on my heart. What began as an idea became a journey of listening, learning, growing, and allowing God to lead every step.
Becoming Her was not created from a desire to tell women who they should be. It was created from a desire to encourage women to discover who God has called them to become.
Every page has been prayerfully written with the hope that God will use it to meet women where they are, remind them of who they are in Him, and encourage them to surrender to the beautiful process of becoming.
This workbook is a testimony of what can happen when we say yes to God and allow Him to lead the work.
