Blessed to Be a Blessing Podcast was born out of a personal journey of healing, restoration, and faith. Hosted by Maria Elena, this podcast is for women who have experienced broken seasons, quiet struggles, and moments of feeling far from where they thought they would be — yet still desire to walk in God’s calling.
Each episode creates room for honest conversations about the things many women carry quietly — healing, identity, motherhood, marriage, faith struggles, emotional growth, and the seasons of life we often don’t talk about openly.
This is a safe place for women who are learning to walk with God in real life, not perfection. If you’re navigating growth, seeking clarity, or longing for deeper intimacy with God, you’re welcome here.
Our heart is simple: to remind women that God doesn’t waste their story — He redeems it. And as He blesses us, we are called to be a blessing to others.

Blessed to Be a Blessing exists to help women grow in their relationship with God, become rooted in His Word, and walk confidently in their God-given identity and purpose.
Through real conversations, biblical teaching, personal testimony, and Holy Spirit-led discussion, we create space to address the subjects women often struggle to talk about—honestly, compassionately, and without shame.
Our desire is to meet women where they are, point them back to Scripture, encourage healing and spiritual growth, and equip them to live transformed lives that overflow into the lives of others.
Because we believe that when God blesses us, He doesn't bless us just for ourselves.
We are blessed to be a blessing.

We envision a community of women who are:
Rooted in the Word.
Led by the Holy Spirit.
Secure in their identity in Christ.
Growing in grace.
Walking boldly in their God-given purpose.
And intentionally becoming a blessing to others.
We want women to know that their past does not disqualify them, their wounds do not define them, and their present circumstances do not determine their future.
Through Christ, there is healing, restoration, purpose, and newness of life.

At Blessed to Be a Blessing, we believe that God can use every part of our story.
The parts we understand.
The parts we don't.
The victories.
The failures.
The healing.
The waiting.
The lessons.
The testimony.
We don't believe women have to have a perfect past to have a purposeful future.
We believe that Jesus meets us where we are, loves us enough not to leave us there, and invites us to become more like Him every day.
So we talk.
We listen.
We learn.
We pray.
We study the Word.
We grow.
We heal.
We encourage one another.
And then we take what God has given us and pour it into someone else.
Because we aren't blessed just to say we're blessed.
We are Blessed to Be a Blessing.
Real Conversations.
Biblical Truth.
Growing in Grace.
All for His Glory.
1. Biblical Truth
God's Word is our foundation and our final authority.
We believe Scripture must be at the center of every conversation, teaching, decision, and encouragement.
We don't simply want to talk about what sounds good—we want to know what God says.
"Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path."
Psalm 119:105 KJV
2. Real Conversations
We believe there is power in telling the truth about what we've lived through.
We create space for honest conversations about the subjects that are often difficult, uncomfortable, or even considered taboo within Christian spaces.
Rejection.
Abuse.
Friendship.
Self-esteem.
Healing.
Forgiveness.
Relationships.
Spiritual warfare.
Identity.
Grief.
Loneliness.
And the messy places in between.
We don't share our stories because we believe our experiences are the authority.
We share them because God can use our testimony to remind someone else that they are not alone.
3. Growing in Grace
We believe transformation is a process.
Following Christ doesn't mean we have arrived. It means we are continually being transformed into His image.
We make room for growth, repentance, healing, restoration, learning, and becoming.
We extend grace to others while allowing God to continually work on us.
"But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ."
2 Peter 3:18 KJV
4. Holy Spirit Leadership
We don't want to simply have conversations about God—we want God to lead the conversation.
We depend upon the Holy Spirit for wisdom, discernment, conviction, comfort, guidance, and understanding.
Before we speak, we pray.
Before we teach, we seek God.
Before we respond, we listen.
Our desire is not to have the loudest voice in the room, but to recognize the voice of the One who leads us into truth.
"Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth..."
John 16:13 KJV
5. Testimony & Transformation
We believe our stories can become testimonies when surrendered to God.
We don't glorify the pain we've experienced.
We glorify the God who brought us through it.
Our stories may include brokenness, mistakes, rejection, loss, and seasons we never thought we'd survive—but those things do not have to be the end of our story.
God can take what was meant to break us and use it to help someone else heal.
"And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony..."
Revelation 12:11 KJV
6. Grace Without Shame
We believe women should be able to confront hard truths without being condemned for needing grace.
There is a difference between conviction and condemnation.
We will not pretend sin doesn't exist, but we will also never forget that Jesus came to redeem, restore, and transform.
Our goal is not to shame women into change.
Our goal is to point women to Christ, where genuine transformation begins.
7. Sisterhood & Community
We believe women were never meant to walk alone.
We value authentic, Christ-centered relationships built on love, honesty, encouragement, accountability, and mutual respect.
We celebrate one another without competition.
We correct one another without condemnation.
We pray for one another without judgment.
We make room for one another to grow.
"And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works."
Hebrews 10:24 KJV
8. Empowerment Through Christ
We believe true empowerment comes from knowing whose we are and who God has called us to be.
Our confidence does not come from perfection, popularity, appearance, accomplishments, or the approval of others.
It comes from Christ.
We want women to understand their identity, recognize their God-given gifts, develop healthy confidence, and walk boldly in the purpose God has placed within them.
Not for our glory.
For His.
9. Compassion & Authenticity
We lead with compassion because everyone is carrying a story we may not know.
We don't want to create a ministry where women feel like they have to pretend to have it all together.
There is room here for questions.
There is room for tears.
There is room for growth.
There is room for laughter.
There is room for hard conversations.
There is room to say, "I don't know."
There is room to say, "I need help."
There is room to say, "God is still working on me."
Because authenticity creates space for genuine connection—and genuine connection creates opportunities for ministry.
